Mary Niccum has over twenty years experience in meeting client needs. Having advanced through the ranks from trainee to the position of Vice President at one of America’s premier corporations, Mary understands the combined value of large company resources with an entrepreneurial commitment to performance.

In 1993, Mary began her career in executive recruitment as Manager, Healthcare Services for one of the largest, privately held executive search firms on the west coast. She was recruited to the position of Director, Managed Care Division of a mid-sized executive search firm based in Southern California. These experiences led her to develop a new and innovative approach to executive search and the formation of the Executive Search Resource Group.

Mary leads a team of research, recruitment and technical support specialists from inception to completion of each search assignment.
